We welcome you to the estate for a tasting of our range of products, a visit to the winery, and occasionally to our Bistrot Paysan for gastronomic, cultural and festive moments.

Welcome and free tasting: a meeting CONVIVIAL AND SYMPATHIC around the tasting of our (ten !!!) cider vintages, apple wines, Irouleguy AOC wine, apple juice.

A children's corner is provided for the whole family to enjoy and spend a pleasant moment on the heights of JAXU.

• Reception every afternoon from Monday to Friday during school holidays (all areas combined), from April to September, and by appointment the rest of the year.

BISTROT PAYSAN

It's our wine bar " wine bar home version! Between tapas, mountains, plantxa and bottles, spend an evening near the cellar with friends or family: commented tasting of the house's vintages, with the products of friends (ham dishes, summer cheeses, talos, omelettes and peppers...) friendly atmosphere full of bubbles...

We are farmers in the Basque country. To live in our Country and for our Country to live, we want to work there with respect for man, the earth and our culture. We are convinced that only peasant agriculture allows this. This is how we want to live our passion and share it.
