Erroa is the story of Maxime, a passionate and curious cook by nature . In his former beach restaurant Arrantza, he learned independently how to work with sourdough and breadmaking. Motivated by challenges, he didn't hesitate for a second when the opportunity to take over a bakery arose, and shaped Erroa in his image with a bakery restaurant. On the snack side, there's no classic ham and butter sandwich, but recipes that are out of the ordinary, like the octopus sandwich, the sados or the bowls that evolve according to the seasons, and the inspiration of the morning. What doesn't change is the homemade, whether for the breadmaking, the pastries or the snacking proposals.
