Located in the heart of the village of Ascain, the BIHOTZ restaurant opened its doors on July 21st, run by a passionate couple of professionals. Its name, Bihotz, which means "heart" in Basque, reflects the spirit of the place: sincere, generous and convivial cuisine.

The menu showcases homemade dishes, local and seasonal produce, and a constant pursuit of precision and balance in flavors. The dishes, both indulgent and authentic, reflect a deep connection to the local terroir, while also allowing for a touch of creativity inspired by other cultures.

The restaurant welcomes guests in a warm and cozy dining room seating 36, which will soon be renovated for even greater comfort.
