In the heart of Petit Bayonne, a stone's throw from the Adour River and 20 minutes from Biarritz, Lyess Yaici delights you every lunchtime. Open from 9 am to 5 pm and closed on Sundays, take a coffee break and stay for a meal in a restaurant that takes you back to your childhood.

Blackboards, notebooks, maps of France, schoolbags, marbles, and report cards —take a pleasant plunge and return to the school benches for a meal in a unique setting. Passionate about cooking since childhood, the chef is delighted to prepare traditional dishes offered in the "dunce's cap" or "fayot" menus.

Every lunchtime, indulge in the à la carte special, such as veal liver with parsley sauce or leg of lamb just like Grandma used to make. Burgers and a kids' menu are also available; children will be delighted to go to À la Cantine. No need to write a note, you're in for a treat.

All the following menus are from Monday to Friday:

• Children's menu: 10 euros
• Manager's Menu Only: 18 euros
