  The Influences restaurant offers modern cuisine made with fresh, local produce. Quentin and Faustine offer a variety of menus to delight your taste buds:
  - lunch menus (either starter, main course, dessert for €26) (Wednesday to Saturday excluding public holidays and special menus)
  - Starter and main course menu €39
  - a tasting menu €58 (evening only)
  - Food and wine pairing for €25
  The restaurant is open from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening and from Wednesday lunchtime to Saturday lunchtime.
  
  The cuisine, with its modern trends, reflects all the culinary influences that Quentin has discovered during his travels. Offering surprising tastes and unusual combinations.
  
  The room is a mix of contemporary and traditional with Spanish influences from the bullfighting frescoes painted on the wall. In addition, a selection of wines has been tailor-made with favorite products from Faustine, originally from Languedoc Roussillon.

A truly wonderful culinary discovery; from start to finish, everything was excellent. We came as a family with our young children, who thoroughly enjoyed their meal, and thank you to the chef for adapting to their needs. And a very warm welcome too. Thank you both.

A wonderful culinary discovery in Bayonne. An excellent chef offers refined dishes with divine sauces. The owner's wife manages the dining room very professionally and provides excellent wine recommendations. A highly recommended address... Bravo to them!
