  Wow! Marianne and her cousin, 2 young Basques with gastronomic experience, develop healthy and short circuit products. They really deserve to be successful. I applaud, it's a real treat! Well crafted ocean produce at reasonable prices as I would love to see more of.

  Excellent!! Very fine cuisine, with quality products precisely seasoned. We are lovers of good food and we recognize at Kusiak a luxury cannery whose cooking is made with love.
