    • Xipister Etxekoa translates "Seasoning the house". This traditional and artisanal sauce, the recipe of which remains secret, is made in the heart of Ahetze, a small Basque village between sea and mountains.

      A skillful blend of vinegar, oil, PDO Espelette Pepper, garlic and spices, will add flavor to any dish.

      The Xipister Etxekoa is made with fresh products and without preservative. Most often used to water, meats, chipolatas, mussels, squid, hake as well as the Zikiro "Fameux Méchoui Basque".

      The Espelette Pepper used to make this seasoning was elected "Silver Medal at the Paris Agriculture Show 2018".

    The best seasoning to taste is to adopt this mix as well as fish meat salad vegetables bring back 3 bottles of the Basque country it reminds you of the holidays the best thank you
