MAISON PETERSEN, ARTISANAL BISCUITS – THE TASTE OF OLD YEARS IN EVERY BISCUITS

It is since childhood that Marie-Hélène has had a real passion for cooking in general and in particular for baking. It is with her grandmother, then her mother, that Marie-Hélène acquired the basics and above all a real addiction... to good taste.

A few recipes, written by her grandmother's hand, are carefully kept in a "secret notebook". Marie-Hélène enjoys updating them every day and adding her personal touch to the family heritage.

She therefore decided, on the advice of those close to her, to embark on the adventure and created Maison Petersen – Biscuiterie Artisanale, in Arcangues.

Her credo: to please those around her, with pastries without prohibitions or taboos, eminently gourmet, friendly and joyful... Pure happiness!

At Maison Petersen , we are told about the aroma of a Craquelé fresh out of the oven, the softness of a Cake, the crunchiness of a Diamant, the smoothness of a Financier … or a freshly roasted Hazelnut Paste.

A production of good biscuits with an authentic taste that takes us back to our childhood.

All biscuits, travel cakes and delicacies are shaped by hand. This allows for delicate handling and visual inspection of the products at each stage.

The Petersen House has chooses to work with fresh, simple, healthy and natural products. Its ambition is to offer its customers products of impeccable quality.

From pistachio paste, to candied oranges and lemons, meringues and caramelized hazelnuts, everything is homemade in an artisanal way.

This desire to manufacture their own products directly responds to the biscuit factory's values of authenticity and proximity.

A know-how that continues to develop to offer you ever more delicious products. Maison Petersen will offer a savory range very soon, and many other surprises are currently being created...
