  The cuisine showcases local products, is beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and expertly executed by the chefs. The service was very professional and pleasant. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

  From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and refined, setting the tone for the entire experience. We entered a magnificent Basque house where each table truly had its own space. The service was both elegant and unpretentious, efficient and friendly. The meal was enchanting. Each dish was a delightful symphony of flavors. The sea bream carpaccio was enhanced with fruit and pepper. The asparagus with its sabayon was surprisingly well-rounded and aromatic. The fish dishes were also beautifully prepared. You could tell the ingredients were treated with respect and showcased with delightful flavors. And the desserts... oh my! Delicious and with a touch of punch that perfectly capped off this wonderful moment. I highly recommend this place.
