Audacity and quality in the kitchen!
For lunch, we offer a menu of raciones (small bistro-style dishes) prepared by our chef.
The gourmet menu is served every evening (except Mondays) as well as Sunday lunchtime in our beautiful dining room or on the terrace under an arbor of plane trees.
The chef, Rémy Le Charpentier, is a chef picker, fisherman, passionate about nature and mushrooms.
Authentic, his cuisine is in his image: demanding and creative, inspired by his career, going from his roots to the Basque country.
