  Good quality food, but everything is overcooked, the old-fashioned way. Dried, shriveled wood pigeon High-quality beef, but overcooked The location is superb and the staff welcoming. Too bad it doesn't take much to make it perfect.

  What can I say? Help, Etchebest? Nice servers, but not at all professional. They come and go with nothing in their hands, while all the customers are waiting for something: bread (never got it), drinks (we had to ask for it), the next course (we preferred to stop and leave, 1 hour for the first course). Our neighboring table had a wine bottle full of cork pieces, it kept them occupied during the unbearable wait. As for the food. Very pretty plates, but better not to taste... anyway, it has no taste. And it's very small. Between the almost raw fish and the overcooked vegetables... the tasteless meat... At that price, just shameful. Especially since they are way above regional prices. In short, a great tourist trap!!
