      Located in the heart of the village of Sare. It is a know how butcher, quality products cooked with local channels (Kintoa...) Everything is transformed on site in our workshop. Adjoining is a nice shop where we produce preserves, cured meats, Kintoa PDO ham... local cellar... All our cured meats are free from nitrite salt, without preservatives. Arka is also a butcher's bistro that offers an epicurean menu paired with an attractive wine list. You can enjoy the terrace facing the Rhune around a nice board of house cold meats...

      Tuesday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
      In summer, open from Tuesday to Sunday.

    Thinking back on this meal still makes me salivate. Amazing flavours, great seasonings, lovely people. A must. Do yourself a favour and trust their dish of the day especially if it is pork (their specialty). You won’t regret it. It was so good I couldn’t even pause to take a picture.

    Very good find! The dishes were all delicious and the service impeccable. Despite the fact that this restaurant is linked to an artisan butcher, and therefore the menu is very focused on their product specialties, with few vegetarian options, it was possible to convert one of the dishes into a vegetarian dish, that fully satisfies the taste buds and stomach. Highly recommended!
